hmm odd. my case was that I had 2 yrs of canadian experience, but i m unemployed now (no job offer) and they ask for proof of fund. i m under CEC

You're supposed to upload a letter stating that you've been invited under the CEC program and thus, no POF are required.

There is a slot for POF since you stated that you'll be bringing X amount of dollars to Canada - instead of 0
