I haven't received my AOR for Canadian citizenship

I'm in the same boat. And I applied on Sep 2021. Still no AOR. I even called them and they said they can't find my application but told me if I have a submission number/receipt, my application is still somewhere. This is ridiculous! Some gets their AOR in a week and some doesn't for over a year!

recently I received on email coming from IRCC but not coming AOR letter now i am anxious and keep patients waiting my AOR letter
