I haven't received my AOR for Canadian citizenship

I submitted my Canadian citizenship grant application on September 8, 2020 it was received by them on Sept 14, 2020.
I see they are currently processing Nov 2020 applications but I still have not received any AOR or any other email. No information for 7 months now.
What should I do? I tried calling them I can't even reach an agent. I have submitted IRCC web form with package Canada post courier receipt no response yet. Can anyone help me with anything else I can do? Thanks

Try going through you emails again. Check the spam folder too just in case. If you want to get them on the phone you just need to keep trying.

There was an issue with AOR processing around October-December, most people didn't get AOR emails (some got AOR by mail), so don't worry. Call IRCC or send a webform to get your Application number.

If you're CAS is showing In process then don't worry too much about the AOR. You can call IRCC and ask them for your application number if ypu really want it.

If your application is normal, and there are no further queries from them, then yes, you will get a test invite. When, is anyone's guess though.

You may or may not be requested for fingerprints as part of the process.

I applied in July 2021, and have confirmation that my package was delievered in July 2021
but I have STILL not received an AOR number or any contact from Immigration for testing or anything!

Try to access ecas using your UCI, and find out if your application was received.
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en
If the status shows in progress, you do not need to worry about AOR. Give IRCC a call, keep trying and finally you can get your application number.

I'm in the same boat. And I applied on Sep 2021. Still no AOR. I even called them and they said they can't find my application but told me if I have a submission number/receipt, my application is still somewhere. This is ridiculous! Some gets their AOR in a week and some doesn't for over a year!
