I havent receive my passport from the Canadian Counsulate at NY!!

i have almost 3 months since a sent my application via mail, and i havent recieve any information about my application, i just got the confirmation from USPS that they delivered my package at the embassy, i applied for a work permit visa, someone knows what can i do???
im little worried
