I haven't got PR card after waiting for 8 weeks now

we have also not recieved our pr card and we landed om 24 june 2010.when we called them they told us becoz of poor pic quality we have to submit new pic.we have to contact them after 11 weeks of our landing.we will submit new pic where our file is transferred so u also dont worry.

so how did u submit the pic? i mean did all of ur family members go in person or u mailed them the pics?

Hi all friends

I called to CIC this morning and the officer confirmed my PR card has been sent to my address yesterday.
This news really made me happy and I hope to have the PRC by end of this week.

As also like many our friends, I planned to go back to my home country by next week to wrap up my work.

will share the happy news to you all, once the PRC in my hand.

Hi Ymood,

How about your case now? I 'm sorry for my late response on your query.
I have got PR card of my wife and I on 14 Sep. However my son's PR card came in a little bit late on 17 Sep.
So for my case, It took more than 9 weeks from the landing date.
However, some people I was known they landed in mid of Jun and they got the PR card after 6 weeks.

Basically, the PR card processing time is align with the one said in cic website.
