I have two Canada college diploma each of 3 years.

I want to apply for express entry
I did ECA check on wes free tools and my both bachelors degree is equivalent to both Canada college diploma 3 years in canada . So does i fit under two or more certificates??
 
If you have two Bachelor's degrees, and you have ECAs for both of them, then yes, it fits under "Two or more" degrees.
 
I have done two bachelors each of 3 years in India but in wes its showing Canada college diploma each of 3 years

Any 3 year degree/diploma/certificate plus another degree/diploma/certificate counts under 'two or more degrees/diplomas/certificates'.

Yeah, so get the ECAs done for both, and you can then choose the "Two or more degrees" option and get points.

One more query
What if my first bachelor done here in 2012 in India is counted as Community College Diploma in Canada and my Second Bachelor Done here in 2015 is Counted as Bachelor Degree in Canada ?
