I have something [really important] to clear up

FYI, before you discard this, this HAS a lot to do with my Canada immigration.

I was always a bright child but due to family issues, my college didn't go very well. I couldn't complete it. I finished the 3 years though (B.Sc. in Computer, Math and Electronics), but couldn't write my exams - so I decided to drop out (after my three years). That was in 2007. My academic year was 2004 - 2007. I started working in call centers since then. I started my graduation from distant mode (Sikkim Manipal University Distance Education) in 2012 and finished it in 2015. I did BCA. I began my PG Diploma in Data Science in 2017 that I am yet to finish up (That was done from Manipal Academy of Higher Education - MAHE). I have been predominantly on the support side of the industry (FYI, as a vendor, I've worked for Microsoft and I am fluent in Azure and thier DevOps tool VSTS (and to some extent TFS)). I habour quite a lot technical skills, ranging from Machine Learning and Deep Learning. I have over 11 years of work experience across various domains - all IT related though.

So, considering my educational background, do I stand a chance to get a PR in Canada? I am 32 years old, Indian, and married with no kids. I am fluent in English but I do not know French.

This is my desperate cry for help!

See if you re eligible (you can test it out with dummy data for ielts results)
Blif its possible, better hurry with the process as after 30 you lose 5 points for age every year

Also if your spouse is educated has work experience and is younger, they can be the primary applicant instead

One of my friend had a similar case . You need to get your educational documents assessed from WES . It is there valuation which is of important. If they consider you post graduate and a good report is generated then you can be a primary candidate . Otherwise consider your spouse as primary candidate . IELTS is also very important . Primary candidate need 8 in listening and 7 in other .
