Very good location and 25 minutes to downtown.
2 meals included( breakfast and Dinner)
sharing Room 450 single bed
medium room 650 private washroom, single bed
Large room 700 private bedroom and wahroom, king size double bed.

No, he cannot. His rooms are all located 25 minutes to downtown Vancouver. Douglas college is in Coquitlam!

How much rent are you looking for? You know you can check available listings in rentbc.com and craiglist?

Actually, Douglas College main campus is in New West. There's a satellite campus in Coquitlam. You're right about it being farther than 25 mins to downtown, though (though I've come close to that during off-peak hours ... straight shot down Marine Drive, then up Cambie ... or even via Trans Canada Hwy and then down 1st Ave.)

According to google, you need drive almost 4 hours from downtown Vancouver to Kamploops!
