IELTS looks good but academic is very weak. May be some college will give you the offer but visa chances are low. Are these scores for your 12th?

Chances of visa as well as offer letter getting are very low because you have scored only passing marks in mathematics and your are choosing a program in which mathematics is a compulsory subject.

I will sugest you to opt any other course
Related to your field as you have scored good in chemistry and physics please opt couse related to these subject only in which math is not required t

Well for this you have to consult some genuine study visa counsellor that might help you in getting your student visa.

By the way, where are you from?

IELTS is alright.
School grades are extremely low.
Canadian Universities would never accept grades like that.
But colleges might, because they don't care about how qualified the student is, they just want your money.
Either way, you will struggle, even at colleges.

see somehow you may be able to get an offer but the problem is how will you prove that you are a bonafide student and can handle the studies in Canada. Studies here are difficult.

no decent school let alone canadian one will accept you when you have only 33 marks in maths since it is a basic CORE subject and im sure you know that

anyway even if they were to accept you no sane visa official will approve your permit as well since your real intention is clearly dubious to him with such poor grades
This not true,4 of my friends got visa this year and last year and they also had low grades.Grades matter when taking admission to university if you can prove you are a bonafide student you can get the visa.

In my opinion, most developing and developed Asian countries do have harder education than Western countries. However, I have seen a lot of Indian students in this forum with 50% in high school and still getting admission into Indian universities.
With 50%, no Canadian university would ever accept you.

Nobody can get admission in renowned universities of India with 50 or 60 percent marks. On the top of that entrance test is separate for admission. Like LPU, PUNJABI UNIVERSITY, PUNJAB UNIVERSITY, DELHI UNIVERSITY.
Actually college accept these students which are affiliated to renowned Universities.
And the average cutoff for renowned government college in India is 70-75 percent.
And in India education system focus on theory more rather than practical.
That's why percentage of majority students remain between 55-65.
