I have received an ITA from New Brunswick and i have 45 calendar days to submit my applications. I have few questions if someone can help me out. I am the Prinicpal applicant.

1. Me and my wife both have given the IELTS exam in 2014 and they are going to expire. Mine is expires on 2 oct 2016 and my wife is expires on 6 Sep 2016. Can I sent my application with these results because there is time to expiry and later on we can reappear in exam and update the Province with our new results? Or we have to sit for an exam again?

2. Do we have to sent the Original IELTS results and ECA?

3. 67 points required for Province cos for express entry i have above 900 points. So My Wife needs to redo the IELTS exam.

4. How is the New Brunswick place to live specially for asian people?

NOTE: ME AND MY WIFE REAPPEARING IN IELTS ON 4 AUG 2016
Appreciate your responses

Hi,

We also received ITA from NB and we are in the paperwork collection process. My wife is the PA because of her age and IELTS results, etc.

I guess you will be fine with your IELTS expiration date if your deadline for documents submission is on the same timeframe. Also, check your documents checklist, it will say if you have to submit originals or copies

How come you have 900 points in EE and have not received ITA from CIC?. You meant 90 points out of 67 or some? If you are above the 67 points benchmark you are OK

Check the NB home page : http://www.welcomenb.ca/ .. There is everything you need to know about living out there

Cheers!

Hello Friend,

I got ITA like you too at the Dubai session and am about to send out my application. however i have a few areas i am confused about and i was wondering if you could please clarify them to me if you know better.

The NBPNP-001 form called the Declaration of commitment form says it is meant to be signed by the principal applicant alone as the form says ''I, .....principal applicant's name'' but the document checklist says this form must be filled and signed by the PA and spouse. please clarify.
1. Should the spouse also fill this form separately like the PA
2. Then can the spouse sign as the witness for the PA on this form.
3. What should i put on the ''Signed at............'' part of the form, please.
4. The schedule ''A'' form which is the third page of the Consent form for skilled worker applicant (NBPNP002 form) says expressly at the top of the form that it should be completed by the PA. but then the page one of NBPNP 002 itself says the form should be filled by the PA as well as the spouse separately.

I look forward to your response and all the best with your application as well.

As I understand, it must be filled by PA
1. Should the spouse also fill this form separately like the PA
I think it's not necessary
2. Then can the spouse sign as the witness for the PA on this form.
I am the spouse in the application and I signed it as witness.. It should be fine
3. What should i put on the ''Signed at............'' part of the form, please.
Signed at the place where you at right now.. City, Country
4. The schedule ''A'' form which is the third page of the Consent form for skilled worker applicant (NBPNP002 form) says expressly at the top of the form that it should be completed by the PA. but then the page one of NBPNP 002 itself says the form should be filled by the PA as well as the spouse separately.
Both PA and spouse should fill Schedule A for PNP and CIC as well

I look forward to your response and all the best with your application as well.
Good luck!

Hi,

Any form mentioned to be filled by PA and spouse should be printed twice and filled, one by the PA and the second by the spouse.

I am not sure that the witness can be the spouse, for security, ask public officer to sign it for you and attached his business card

Regards,
