**I have received IRCC letter to pay first year tuition fee**

Hi guys.
I have received IRCC letter to pay first year tuition fee. But after sending email to my university, I am told that because of systems and rules of university they can not accept this payment. Besides, the university sent me a letter that verifies the issue.
If I send the picture of emails and the sent letter of university without any payments, will the IRCC officer accepts them? or it would put my student visa at rejection risk?

If University does not accept the payment and you have that fee ready, then respond and attach that correspondence with your Uni to IRCC. Its something out of your control

Thanks, but some say that I have to pay at least one semester tuition fee. I sent several emails to university but none of them is helpful.
I do not want my visa process faces any risks.

Universities usually asks you to pay for your first semester fees to "secure" a seat for you in that course. Mine came in the PDF of my LoA. Perhaps they're saying that they don't accept full year tuition only ?
