Sir, I have received my IMM 5740 (10-2018) E GCMS letter on yesterday and my Application no. - W369785864 & UCI no. : 11-1387-3337 Letter issued date Jan 06,2021. it is valid only 30 days. Feb 06, 2021 is last date ? How can I submitting my Passport & biometric ? I have not received appointment ? How can I submitted its. please. it is correct/true or false/fake ? please advise how & what can I do in this matter and take the next step? without appointment can I reached VAC center? Now, our client is not send us an appointment to us till date? Now, 2 days remaining for expired this letters. How can I submitting our passport & biometrics? please advise? My wife & I both are Physically disabled persons & we have 1.5 years old baby girl. we are trying to settle in Canada but nobody can help us.

The biometric information you will have to visit a VAC office to book an appointment or do so online they only need the IMM 5740 form and your international passport to start the biometric process.....

Why do you guys think he was scammed? It's easy to check... Can call IRCC and ask the status of that UCI number. He might not know his gckey if it was some agency that helped him apply.
