I have put wrong NOC code when applying MPNP EOI..

I am working at insurance company as a claim processor so I put
1434 - Banking, insurance and other financial clerks


and I got LAA with this NOC code
but when I got the reference letter from company, I was under 1422 Data Entry Clerks.
I asked company about this, but they said they cannot change NOC code.

Both NOC codes are under C level, and similar job duties..

Is it ok to proceed to apply mpnp? or should I cancel LAA and re-apply EOI?

I think you don't need to cancel or re-apply your EOI, you need to contact with them about this situation and they probably can simply correct your noc in a LAA. Describe that it was misunderstanding between your company and you. They usually are really friendly.

You definitely cannot to proceed and apply to mpnp with this NOC error. It's a big deal for cic office and pr in general.

Hi @ryanoo I am working as Associate Vice President in a MNC in Marine Claims taking care of PAN India Team and has a 6+years experience in same this industry and prior to this was served in Navy for 19+years. Pls advise which NoC is better
