i have problems with my first marriage

i really need help the immigration need me to answer within 30 days but i dont know what to do.when I was 19 years .May 13 1986 I had one year secret marriage to my bf because im going to manila to find a job after that day of my wedding i went to manila(we dont have sex or anything we dont live together)and no contact or see him again.after 11 months i have arrainged wedding June 07 1987 and we have 2 sons and after 20 years he passed away.I re married again to a canadian we married here and my husband sponsor me for permanent resident.after 2 years of waiting the immigration conducted a marriage check in the philippines and they found out that i have 2 previous married i was surprised and shock because I thought that first wedding is just for one year only and the judge made me clear that after one year the contract expires now i really dont know to do.as far as i know when I got marriage in 1987 he was married too in 1989 can u pls help what can I do?the immigration ask me to providedocuments such as death certificate annulment or certificate of nullity.I tried to contact him but i cant find him help me pls

I doubt very much in the Philippines that there is a 12 months marriage. So it appears that your second marriage was not valid as you were still married to your first husband, and it is quite likely that this marriage is not valid unless your first spouse is deceased. So I would think that unless you can locate a death record for the first spouse (87) then Manila will probably refuse the application and most likely determine you misrepresented your status.
