I have paid my fees but did not recieve a receipt in email.

Hello every one, i am applying for permenant recidency in canada and i tried paying my fees online. I recieved a receipt on the browser but did not recieve a official receipt in my email! I am very displeased and worried about the money and my application ! Long weekend on the way and cant get a hold of cic agents too. Please advice what shuld i do to get my receipt.

Are you sure you put in a correct email address?
Check you spam folder as well.

I have checked spam and i did put correct email too! But i dont know why they didnt send me an email. M really frustated as their offices r closed too!

It is a long weekend (Thanksgiving holiday) - and all offices will be closed up to Monday and will re-open Tuesday. You won't have any luck getting anyone from Government offices, unfortunately. You may have to wait until then.

Where you able to get the receipt details from the web browser and/or printed out the web page showing the receipt? That would at least be your proof of receipt for now in lieu of the email receipt.
