well i think you should write a SOP and let them know what did you do in the past 1 year and if any relevant documents you have you should attach that too.

Hey buddy, SOP is meant to make the VO understand better about your intentions of going to Canada, and it can be used in all the categories of Visa application. It's not case specific to any one category.All the best!!!!!!!!!!!

I will check it out.....If i have will send you but don't edit and use it. Keep that as a sample, bring your own fresh ideas and cook it up.
