I have not received my PR yet, should I be worried?

I submitted my PR application on January 2021 and received an update on Feb 19th that my medical tests are approved. Since then I have not heard anything from IRCC. I see in this and other immigration threads that some people submitted their application a few month after me and have received their PR card already. Currently the processing time is about 6 months which at this point is long passed for me. Should I be worried? I contacted IRCC but they just send me the link for processing times.

I've submitted my application in February 2020 (AOR). My last status change in my profile was in March 2020 when I passed my medical exam. Since then, all I got was radio silence. It has been 1.5 years since the last update. Their processing time is very intransparent and they always find excuses to not process their insanely huge backlog. First, the excuse was COVID and now the excuse is the crisis in Afghanistan.

Don’t be foolish as me. Expect a very long processing time. The 6 months only applied to cases before Corona.

Just today I talked to some one who received her PR after only 3 months. Just seems weird while there are lots of earlier applications.

Was this person a CEC inland applicant? It seems like they are only clearing their backlog for people who are already in Canada. Everyone applying from outside of Canada is left behind since the pandemic started...

Yes she was, like me. I also applied from inside Canada.
