I have no Kumar in my class 12 marksheet and ielts but Kumar is there in my passport and other legal documents

Hello my name JeelKumar Patel in my passport and other legal documents
But i forgot to add it in my ielts and 12 marksheet and they won't let me change it

So would it affect my canadian student visa application
And what should I do

12th marksheet isn't a concern. But you should've had it in your IELTS. Submit a "same name affidavit" (also called "one and the same person affidavit") alsongside your application.
