i have my medical last year and then waiting.. is it normal to wait 1yr+.

hello,

i just want to ask if its normal to wait 1 year for my visa or a rejection for my visa (hopefully not)?
the hospital passed my results last December 20, 2012 then waiting what will happen to my visa.
is it normal to wait that long? sorry im worrying because my employer asking me about the status of my papers here in Philippines.
is there a way to track my papers in Canadian embassy?

Yeah if the processing time is longer than normal time line you can send email in manila visa office. Current processing time in manila is 7 months. .While send email write your application no. Date of birth and passport no. For more visit www.philippines.gc.ca
