Hi,
I have masters degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering. I want to apply for Post Graduate Diploma in Network engineering. This is a skill based course. Will it be a risk to get visa? My plan to come to Canad with work permit visa and before finished my visa i will take admission in a college with less tuition fees. I can't afford Phd cost and my profile is not as rich to get scholarship. What should i do?

Not yet. But have started the processing. Maybe it will take 2 months more to get. Please suggest me according to my post.

If I may ask how exactly do you intend to get a work permit, an LMIA sponsored one as a temporary worker ? Unless you are a PR you will still be liable for international fees on a student visa.

I have a relative in Canada. His employer apply for LMIA. Yes i know without PR i will conut as a international student. Thats why i am thinking about to choose post graduate diploma in entwork engineering. Is it difficult to get study permit inside canada? And as for work permit they didnt submit my graduation certificate. But when i will apply for PGD course i have to submit my graduation certificate. Is this a risk to get study permit? Finally i have masters degree. Masters to PGD would be make problems to get study permit?

why do u wanna do a PGD when u have a job in canada? Actually what is your intention?
If U are really passionate about a higher qualifications, then PGD sounds no logic.
Or if u jus wanna settle in canada, then working for more than 12 months or 18 months will give u a gateway for PR.

So what is your actual requirement?

Ok. Let me clear you. I want PR. But my Job will be skill level C category. For PR i will not get points for that. And the work permit will be 2 years. If they dont want to renew then what i should do? Thats why i am thinking to take admission for 2 years course to get 2 years visa. After that i can apply for post graduation work permit visa. If you think that there is other easiest way to get PR then please share. Becausr dont know about PR processing and which way i can get PR easily and within short period of time. Please help me to take proper decesion.

Thanks

ok. fine.
If you already have a master degree, then you can easily get PR through ExpressEntry, jus by getting maximum IELTS score.
This would give you a guaranteed PR.
And as far as I know, its very difficult to get LMIA for a NOC "C" category.
So I would suggest to get top score in IELTS and apply through ExpressEntry.

Thanks for your valuable advice. I have already started process for LMIA. If i get LMIA NOC C category and come to Canada with work permit then what is your best suggesion for me?
