Hello I am from Uzbekistan. I have just gotten a refusal from Canada Embassy for my trip from May, 8 to 16.(2019)
Reasons of refusal:
1). I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
2). I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
I would like to travel for spring holidays to United States of America as a tourist from 25/04/2019 to 08/05/2019 and after that, I like to travel to Canada as a tourist from 08/05/2019 to 15/05/2019, therefore, I like to obtain the Canadian tourist visa.
I am an owner and working as a director in my own company which is located in Uzbekistan since January 2016. Furthermore, I own a company in USA.
I am a keen traveler and I have visited several countries like USA, ITALY, NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRALIA, TURKEY, JORDAN, MALAYSIA, UAE, CHINA, KAZAKHSTAN, RUSSIA, SAUDI ARABIA, KYRGYZSTAN, SINGAPORE, MEXICO and FRANCE several times in the past for business and leisure.
I am planning to visit Canada by car with my friend who hold US Green Card and live in NEW YORK .During the course of our stay, we intend to visit the famous places Toronto.
A copy of my confirmed round-trip air tickets is attached. I have purchased medical insurance prior to my travel to US/Canada to ensure that I am not a burden on the American/Canadian taxpayers in case of any medical contingencies.
I have properties and investments in my name in Uzbekistan, demonstrating my ties to the country. Copies of the registration documents of my property as well as proofs of investments are attached herewith. Additionally, my wife and young kids are dependent on me.
I am the bearer of all my travel expenses. I am making my own flight and hotel bookings and have attached copies of my documents along with this covering letter as per the requirements.
Please find enclosed the following documents to support my visa application:
1.Fully completed application form.
2.Photograph as per visa specifications.
3.Copy of my passport.
4.Copy of travel history.
5.Copy of my round-trip flight tickets and copy of my hotel reservation at Toronto, Niagara Falls.
6.Copy of my own property.
7.Copy of my travel medical insurance policy.
8.Copy of my Companies’ documents.
9.Original copy of bank statement for last 6 months.(my bank account balance 27.000 us$)
I can not understand why they refused me. I fully comply with their requirements.
I have a question, is it possible to apply for a new visa immediately after the refusal?
What more information is more required to get the new visa?
Kind Regards
