So i just realized how serious it is to have worked mor than i should after reading some other posts on this forum. i am so so scared now because i have been seriously thinking about applying for PR with a common law relationship with my partner in the next 2 years before my study permit expires. Will they really look into that even if i've only worked overtime for the past semester and just a little over a month into this one?

Please guys i know i've screwed up my possible future here in canada, any advise/suggestions? (Exceptfor stop working overtime as i've already decided to do)

Thanks so much.

Well if nothing has happened so far then i guess there is no problem. because you could have been warned or informed with the situation by embassy if they did background check.

IF you are doing overtime on cash basis than there are very rare chances of being caught.

But i will strongly recommend you to not do it again.
