Hi ,

I have applied for a study permit on 10 October. And the past week I have been contacted by a migration officer to submit additional information in regards to concerns about the bank statement I have provided in support of my application. However, in the letter I am told to respond using the address at the top of the letter but there is no address there. I have a Balance Certification that certifies the bank statement that was provided in my application but I am confused as to what address shall I send it.
Mind you that I applied online so I got the message on Government of Canada website but I cannot add any additional documents there since I have provided all of the required documents.
I am running out of time because I have 4 days left only.
I already emailed the embassy and I am waiting for their response.
I am not sure if it’s ok to post the letter here.

Thanks

Thank you guys I really appreciate it.
But again I have already followed the instructions but they led me to the documents that I had provided already.
And they isn’t anything I can click to reply and add the required additional document.
The embassy nonetheless replied to me through email but with nothing that could help. They say that all enquiries must be submitted through IRCC Webform. Already submitted an inquire but it would take 28 working days to respond .. And I have only 4 days .. is it okay if I post the letter here ?

Try to check under:

“Continue an application you haven't submitted”

Before my approval, there was an option in the “continue an application you haven’t submitted” section to upload more documents. However, now that I already have an approval, that section was no longer active hence I cannot share a screen shot...

I genuinely don’t know what to do .. I called the embassy many times but they didn’t pick up. I emailed them and they told to go the Government of Canada website which I did and made an inquiry but it takes around 28 days to get a response” and I have 4 days left to reply”. Is it possible the Migration officer simply forgot to put the address ? Because if I don’t reply and the Officer refused my application then what will he likely do is ban me from entering Canada for 5 years (based on what’s written in the letter) .. Literally frustrated..

So what does it say in the address? Where did you get this letter? I think you should call the Canada IRCC office, search around on how to do that.

It’s just the address of the Government of Canada.I tried to find a way to sumbit additional information but there isn’t any. I tried almost all the possible ways to get in touch with an officer or anyone but so far not really good.. I’m still hoping that the embassy will email me back and tell me what I should do. U could find the link of the letter up

How did you get the letter? Are you sure one of the texts in the myCIC is not clickable? You need to call the canada office like I said, start calling when they open and expect to wait a long time to get through. Also consider contacting local VFS if you can submit through them.
