I have been accepted to Concordia for fall 2016: Any Nigerian to help with visa?

U have to defer it till Jan2017
Cos I applied since April 18th
With upfront medicals and no word
From them till now.
Study permit takes a long time
U hav a prepare for the wait

Are you also from Nigeria? And I can start my visa process with the current offer letter and defer if I want to later?

You can start your application now....then defer your offer to winter,cic will contact you if they need your defer letter.good luck bro

hey! what date did your status on the portal change to admit?

You haven't received your offer letter as well?

They really make you wait for the offer letter! It is apparently a well-known bug in their SIS!

I don't really know, I think somewhere on Friday, I saw it on Saturday. I now have received the offer letter on Tuesday, but it is conditional. Stating that I have to take to COMP courses if they didnt find me a supervisor, but if they do theyll waive the COMP courses. I now have applied for CAQ, want to try my chances, if time is not in my favor I'll defer to Winter 2017.

Oh! Well I haven't received the offer letter yet My status changed on Friday night too.

Yeah I know of somebody else too who got accepted into MEng instead of MASc and has similar conditions.

He is also deferring to jan 2017
