I have applied for canada study visa multiple times but got refusal every time.

Im from India, completed masters from India. didnt wrote any thesis. i dont have any knowledge about how to write thesis.

Oh - wow. In that case I would complete a Masters at a top school outside of Canada and then apply for a Phd to Canada after that.

i can apply in usa and uk as well but im not getting master in education there as i think in those countries masters in computer science field will be better.

Ok. If possible you can try doing again another Masters in your field. I know its tough but Indian degrees are not given much preference, my Master's degree was given Bachelor level as per Canadian degree. Maybe if you can, try for UK or Australian degree or if possible Canadian. Try to frame a strong statement of purpose, that would help I think.

Canadian teaching degrees are bachelors in Education although the program is done after completing a bachelors degree and entry is very similar to a masters program. That is why your education degree was evaluated as a bachelors. Masters in education in Canada are for advanced teaching positions like principals or for education research/theiry.

Go to WES website, make your account, pay the fees, print the letter from your account, submit it in your Uni admin office, they will send it to your WES directly, and the report will be sent to you directly.
