What have your GCMS notes stated for each refusal. You seem to change programs each time with no plan. You have a MSc and are assistant professor so not sure how each program makes sense. You already are a AP so you don’t need a UG or MA.

1st reason was how this program will help you.
As i applied without sop
2nd time I applied in different college because of pandemic previous college got closed

2nd time reason was previous refusal

Course not relevant as per previous education and experience

3rd time why you changed course and college

Last time you will not leave canada at the end of your stay

So you have never ordered GCMS notes?

Program One: Royal Alberta (never heard of it, isn’t in an indigenous vocational school). You are a UP so certificate will not advance career nor build on education
2: PG in cyber security - same reason as above
3: Private school catering to international students

Consider a Phd or if serious about education, a Masters but only at a public university. You have applied so many times that you look desperate. How old are you? IRCC believes with program choices you are not a genuine student. Are you?

You need to pick a public university for the masters. Stay away from all private universities like trinity western. They are bad schools with poor reputations.

Applying 6 times shows desperation and switching to various different programs shows that you are not a genuine student just trying to try out different programs and schools in the hopes of getting accepted. The choice of schools are considered lower to low mid-tier which also doesn’t help prove that you are a genuine student. When you have been a teacher for 4 years at the international school and then an assistant professor for around 8 years, it makes no sense to take courses like teaching assistant. That doesn’t show career progression and th completion of the course will not lead to career advancement. When it comes to courses like education leadership it would make much more sense to pursue a teaching degree first but your studies have focused on CS. You just happen to choose to teach others how to use CS skills. Your choice of pursuing a cybersecurity masters could have been justified if you weren’t working in CS teaching. If you were working in a tech company you would have had a better chance justifying returning to school study cybersecurity if that has been your first study permit application.

I ordered gcms three times. I am 35
After so many refusals then go for a Phd or Masters (building on education and career) but only a public university. If you want to be a teacher then look at Bachelor of Education or Masters in Education. But M.Ed is designed for those who are teachers and going into Principal or Superintendent positions. IRCC doesn’t believe you are a genuine student and using study permit to gain PR, IMO.

so what you suggest, what should i do.
Masters at a top public university. Stay away from all private universities.

Wait for GCMS notes before you reapply given you already have 3 refusals.

Think OP has six refusals. 3 in 2022 already.
Oh - wow. In that case I would complete a Masters at a top school outside of Canada and then apply for a Phd to Canada after that.

As per my experience if you keep your education in the same track it will help a lot in your application. Are you from India? Did you got Masters from India? So did you wrote thesis or got any paper published?
