Current situation:
- I finished my post-graduate and came back to my home country. I applied for study-permit extension and got it approved.
- I received an ‘In Canada Approval Letter’ on my GCkey account that said I will receive my permit document via mail. But I never received it.
- I wish to go back to Canada now and I am unsure what documents are required for me to travel to Canada and stay over there.
- Study permit validity: August 2019 to September 2020
- Study permit status: Have it in hand
- Extended study permit validity: October 2020 to March 2021
- Extended study permit status: Not in hand
- Visa validity: Expired in September, 2020.
- Country of current residence: India
- Status of PGWP: Applied. Received Submission Letter till now.
- The type of visa I would need to travel to Canada based on my study permit extension is TRV?
- Will I receive study permit extension document at Canadian Airport upon landing?
- Will I be allowed to enter Canada and remain there as a student until my permit expires?
- Will I be given implied status once my permit expires and a decision is being made about my PGWP?
- Can I work full-time during the implied status period?
