M eligible for sinp

I have 6 month old funds in my account

I fullfill all criterias accept one which is my noc code


So is there any other way to get nomination from sask

For example if i talk to any mayor or tell my brother to talk to any minister overthere

My language score is also clb 9

For SINP, there is unfortunately no other option if your NOC is not in their "In Demand Occupation" list. You can check other provinces.

I have provided you a link from SINP website. Please check that, it does not state the job offer has to be LMIA approved.

You need SINP job approval letter, not LMIA.

The whole point of SINP with offer category is that it doesn't require LMIA

Let your employer know and they will have to do it (if willing to). You can't request it for your company.

And just noticed this is EE forum, this method is only valid for paper SINP, not Express entry.
