Can I apply Canadian passport for him.

What is the step I have to follow.

What form I have fill up for him .

It depends:

- Did you become a Canadian citizen before or after your son was born?
- How did you obtain Canadian citizenship? Were you born in Canada? Did you obtain citizenship through immigration? Did you obtain citizenship through descent?

Yes I become citizen then my son born outside Canada

I got married then got Pr and later citizen

I got divorced from my first wife and then I got again married

You need to apply for a Certificate of Citizenship for the child. If he is under the age of 2, you can apply concurrently for a limited validity Canadian passport.
