I have a Canadian Masters degree, but Canadian education doesn't count in my CRS points

I graduated with a Masters degree in Canada, and now a temporary resident with an Open work permit. I have 3 years and 8 months of IT experience in my home country.
I created a profile for Express Entry and in my profile, I mentioned my highest qualification to be a Masters degree from Canada. However, I get 0 points for CRS-Canadian Education. Can someone advice on what's going wrong here?

Thanks

Make sure you have filed your info correctly. It has to be minimum 8 months full time non distant studies from a designated learning institute.
