I have a 4-Year engineering diploma from India. Can somebody tell me that what will be my ECA?

I am confused about ECA evaluation and wondering wether the extra 1 year (As other diploma/s are three year long) will give me any benefit or not.

No you won't get more points for the extra 1 yr. I don't even think your degree will be evaluated as masters. Most likely 3 yr diploma.
