Any idea that when would be the first draw of 2019? Is 450 a good score? I am not sure but lot of people are saying that the cut off will go higher this year. Please share your experience and let me know the possible draw dates and cut off.

The next draw is most likely to be on January 9.
A score of 450 is quite good, start preparing your documents in advance.

Definitely good score....ITA in January or at the latest in Feb....As Catalyst441 mentioned - start preparing your documents right away..

You’re get your personal checklist when you submit your personal checklist. But, here are a few documents which everyone requires:
Reference letter from your employer
Police clearance certificate from counties where you have been for more than 6 months
Proof of Funds documents
