I have 4 Years of corporate + 4 years of Self Employment Experiece

HI,

I Started working from Sept 2008 and my Last organization was Monster India.com resignation date was Nov 2012.

From Jan 2013 i ventured into my own line of business Dry cleaning & Retail outlets ( As a proprietor ) and i have all the requisite supporting documents such as Sales Tax & Service Tax Registrations and tax receipts along with 2 current Accounts and few other strong supporting documents such as my Franchisee Agreement with Lee & Wrangler etc... there are also few loans on my books which are part & parcel of any business setup.

Now my question is as follows:

1) since I have the required no years (aprox 4 years) of relevant work experience to get points for work experience quota therefore i do not intend to add this experience to get points, i want to understand how do i show case my last 4 years of self work experience...?? Basically i want to know is the list of documents required ( for self experience ) while showcasing what i was doing in last 10 years.

2) Does having loans on books have any Impact...?

3) The 1st company i worked with is defunct now ... but i have everything resignation letter, experience letter, salary slips, Income Tax receipts, bank statement, promotion certificate etc as supporting documents plus i can add an affidavit also ...!! will this be suffice...??

Basically i want to know is the list of documents required ( for self experience ) while showcasing what i was doing in last 10 years. - since CRS points for foreign work experience max out for 3 years experience, you can mention your self employed experience in personal history section. No documents are required for this.

2) Does having loans on books have any Impact...? - you need to calculate your net worth and ensure that you have enough liquid funds(unencumbered) as per the proof of funds limit (latest CAD 12,300 for a single applicant. In other words, you should not have any personal loan to showcase proof of funds

3) The 1st company i worked with is defunct now ... but i have everything resignation letter, experience letter, salary slips, Income Tax receipts, bank statement, promotion certificate etc as supporting documents plus i can add an affidavit also ...!! will this be suffice...?? - Yes. You can even add any reference letter from an ex-colleague/ex-boss for showing job duties

If you remove the self-employment role into personal history you will have to make sure your primary NOC reflects the Monster role

So all i need to mention is my 3-4 years of corporate experience and put my self employment experience in personal history & if they ask for proof of what i was doing from Nov 2012 until now ... then only i furnish the supporting documents..!! or should i on my own submit the relevant documents to show what i was doing from last 4 years... i.e tax, registration certificates etc..??

Also with regards to the required amount or around Canadian Dollars 25000 in my bank .... can i show my father gifted to me or should i stop withdrawing money from my current account and let it accumulate until the required amount is there...!! or do they want money in saving account only from last 6 months or so..!!
