Better apply asylum in England .

That won’t work either. Pretty sure Pakistani nationals require a transit visa for the UK as well. It highly unlikely that the OP will be able to get on a plane in Dubai to go to the UK, never mind Canada.

So TRV if not approve then? or Transit visa not approve then? because too much fed up.

Because if they will say me that your destination is CUBA go there or go back to your country?
But now if i alive then can come there or get asylum other wise thanks.

Better check if you need a transit visa for London also, else you may not even be allowed on that flight to London.
