they will not count any work above 30 hours per weeks.
You need to multiply 30 with the number of weeks you have worked so far and get the working hours.

From your calculation, I do not believe you have 1-Year of continuous work experience. One year is 12-months, why are you being confused with 8-9 months my friend?? And in one-week you can only claim 30hrs (no matter if you worked more). Good luck.

It's a common misconception people have. To believe that because you worked more than 30h/week makes you reach the 1 year requirement "sooner" is a critical mistake many applicants do.
1 year = 1560h at 30 hours per week for 52 weeks, or equivalent in part-time.
Meaning, that even if you worked a million hours per week, they'll still count it as 30h per week. That way, they are sure you have worked at least for 12 full months.
