i have 19 backlogs in my B.E. mech with 6.7 cgpa can i get visa

ielts - 7.5
19 backlogs
can i get student visa based on this profile???
and if i give GRE would it make my visa chances ?
i would write my GRE scores as a positive point for my backlogs and i have scored ielts in 7.5
so what are the chances??

I too had 19 backlogs cleared all of them in 7th and 8th sem with aggregate of 66.3%
will you be submitting 12th std marksheet for visa as they require marksheet of last education only?

It's hard to get admissions in Canadian colleges and universities with more than 9 backlogs. Even, if you get admissions, the chances of visas are not good.
