I had apply for student visa for September 2017 can I eligible for visa?

My profile is weak
10th-71%
12th science-45%
B.sc chemistry-58%
IELTS- 6.5
I have completed my study in 2015 and I have 2 years of field experience and I had choose CLT chemical lab technology 3 year course got admission in fanshawe college.medical and gic done.applied for visa yesterday now it will take 5-6 weeks!!I visited 10-15 consultancy they said there is 60-70% chance for visa you not only one case we have record that many of our past students got there visa with more weak profile compare to yours I don't know what's is the result but I have to take a chance but still want to know.

Hello guys my profile is
+2 - 54%
Ba - 70%
Studied psychology as a subject and have Work expreience of 4 years in rehabilitation centre as a counselor/therapist.
Overall 6 bands not less than 5.5
Applied for 1year pg diploma in autism and behaviour under spp.
How does it look friends?

I have 2 time refusal for PG course ...lambton college
They mention you have 5.5 in writing that's why.
And below 60% in some subject and they have concern about I will not successfully complete my further studies.

So, I have chosen diploma course who's all requirements I have fullfill bands and % .
So, what my chances of visa now ???
Is it good move
