I had applied in Humber College on 10 August for January 2022 intake when will my offer letter comes?

I had already applied in Canadian college. My question is when will I get my offer letter .
I applied on 10 August for January 2022 intake.

Actually on Humber official website it is writen 2-3 weeks only

And on another site it is 4-5 weeks which make little bit of confusion in my mind.

I have applied for one of the courses at Humber for the Fall 2022 intake. I recently received an email from Humber that states "We are processing your application and will be in touch soon!". Can anyone here tell me by when they can confirm/reject the application after this email?
