I graduated in Dec 2018 can I still apply for nominee?

Im looking to apply for nominee international student when it opens but I graduated in Dec 2018 and its like 2021 now can I still apply for nominee?

I had literally a whole case of trouble with my work permit with cic and then covid happened and then the job.

so is it still possible?

Cause it said

You must submit your application within two years of completing the requirements necessary to obtain your degree, diploma or certificate (also known as your education credential). For example, if your degree, diploma or certificate is dated June, 1 2017, you must apply to this stream before June 1, 2019.

The Ontario program is not an option. You don't qualify.

You'll need to look at other PNP streams or Express Entry. Express Entry would be the best option if you have around 470 points.

I meant December 2020 so still not eligible. if you aren't eligible then look at other OINP progams or apply through EE. Are you working in Ontario? Would employer be willing to go through LMIA process? Don't know your profile so can't help.
