Hello everyone, I have few questions hope someone give me helpful answer

1) I was sponsored by ex-wife ,after 4 years we had divorced. Before we legally divorced we were separate for almost 1 year and I was overseas at the time court divorced us. At that time i didnt know I must wait 30 days before remarry, so i got married 20 days after i divorced. So now my question is when i sponsor my wife would this be problem? ( i divorced in Canada, and remarried in Vietnam 20 days later)

2) We have a baby born in 9 months old, born in Vietnam. Should I sponsor my baby and wife together or separately? And I did not inform Canada Immigration that I have baby born outside of Canada , would this be problem?

3) Last question is My wifes home country Vietnam processing time so long, but my home country(Turkey) processing time much shorter. Can i apply from Turkey instead of from Vietnam? ( my wife has residency permit to live in Turkey, baby automaticly Turkish and Vietnam citizen)
I know, I asked too much but i couldnt find answer anywhere:(
Thanks very much in advance for answers :)

Need some clarification here, did you remarry 20 days after the initial judgement (still within the 30 day period before the divorce became effective), or 20 days after it was effective? If the former, you were not technically divorced, and therefore your marriage would be considered invalid.

For example: your judgement was rendered on June 1, therefore July 1st it becomes effective and you're free to remarry at anytime.

We have a baby born in 9 months old, born in Vietnam. Should I sponsor my baby and wife together or separately? And I did not inform Canada Immigration that I have baby born outside of Canada , would this be problem?
Is the child yours? Are you a Canadian citizen? Did not inform CIC when?

Last question is My wifes home country Vietnam processing time so long, but my home country(Turkey) processing time much shorter. Can i apply from Turkey instead of from Vietnam?
Unfortunately CIC will ultimately decide which outland VO will process your application.

Unfortunately then, according to my understanding, your marriage would not be considered legal by Canadian standards.

How to fix that, if you're already legally married in Vietnam, I'm not sure, sorry.

yes im Canadian Citizen but at the time my baby born, I was not Citizen yet.
In that case, yes, you will include both your wife and child on the same application for sponsorship.

You are not legally married in Canada, so you cannot sponsor your wife as your wife. If you have lived together for one continuous year, you can apply to sponsor her as your common-law partner.

I suggest you get a Canadian immigration lawyer to assist you with this case.
