Hello Everyone, My question about travelling out of Canada while sponsoring my spouse. I'm PR here and would like to go visit my wife and son 4 weeks (exactly 30 days) . Would this be a problem? i could not find any info on CIC website. Thanks for all answers in advance :)

thanks for answer:) yes i paid all fees already. i sent all the required documents. we also sent many supporting documents like, wedding photos ( we did 2 wedding in Turkey and in Vietnam) both were many people attended plus our families of course. we have a kid. i have a good income in Canada...

Firstly thanks for answer. I remarried 20 days after the initial judgement before divorce became effective. at this point i dont know what can i do? yes im Canadian Citizen but at the time my baby born, I was not Citizen yet.
