Please let me know any kind of suggestion for how to proceed for next application .

After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the length of your proposed stay in Canada.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Even I got a rejection today and below if the following reason they stated, Let me know how to proceed further, and also can i refile Immediately or wait for 2 to 3 weeks and file again?

My background, bachelor's degree in 2013 with 63% and master's degree in CSE (DEC 2015) with GPA 3.5/4 currently in USA . i worked for 2 years as programmer after my Mater's.

i applied for Diploma Course in Quebec
Duration of Course 12 months with Internship.

I have Bank Loan for tution fees.
I have sent Property Assement docs , My fathers Pay checks and Bank Statements.

Diploma after Master's? Did you explain that in your SOP?

Home ties - I guess you are not from US. Did you explain that as well

Diploma after Master's i explained it briefly...

Currently i am staying in USA but i don't have any relatives in Canada.

In Family information Section i mentioned it clearly where my family stays with address.

When you apply from country other than your home country, your ties to your homec country are already weak. You need to provide strong reason for course selection and why from Canada.
 
okay i will try explain in details in my next application .

One more reason rejection was Proposed stay , my course is 12 month and while filing application it gives three option 1) < 6 months 2) > 6 months 3) Permanent . I choose second option as it is 12 months.

i don't know why they mention that reason for rejection.....

Reason is generic. Order caips notes and then analyze them before you apply to make your case strong
