If they havent sent your draft to the college then you can hope to get your money back .... But if not, then you are gone with your fee...... Ap ne apni file mei fee receipt enclose ki the???????

ya the draft is still there with my consultant....thy were askin for it bu i din sent it to thm i jux sent thm a scanned copy n got my LOA n fee receipt....did u send it to thm thy cut 250$ n return ur fee atleast thts wha i heard

There is a possibility of some hanky banky in your paid fee to these private institutions.... I don't mean that they don't return your fee but the problem is that 'If your VISA gets rejected' they may say that ..... 'On this account of the specified refusal, we are not bound to return your money' ......

This is what my consultant claimed to me according their Terms and Conditions Policy. I would request you all,,,, Please read carefully all the clauses of TERMS AND CONDITIONS of these colleges,,,, or choose some very good consultant who is confident to claim that you are secured with your fee....

In case ,,,, if your draft is secured in the hands of your consultant,,, and you just show instituion the scanned copy of your draft ,,, then you are well protected ..... No worries in this case
