maybe it will come into this fall season.
age 19---->age 22.

I have son aged 19(1998 june 03 birth)
he is studying now on grade12 in high school.

but he have to more study 1year in hiigh school because he couldn't entering university or college for he dosen't have english score and just studied for 2years in canada.
Also he lives with us,we have to care of him.

I have the question when can I apply permanent regidency with endorsment letter from provience? right now or this fall season?

hi, do you have the endorsement letter alredy, if yes....which occupation are you in/NOC. you might have to confirm the expiry of the endorsement letter from the province that issued it. It does have exipry date. until then can you decide when to apply for permanent resident.
