I am not a lawyer. I am also a SINP nominee PR applicant and waiting for Visa after Medical completion.

You posted in the wrong section of the forum. Post your questions in the temporary residents section to get more answers

You can apply every month. Some people get success after 6-7 attempts for Student visa and Temporary visa.
