Thanks Everyone. @tensach, i used a consultant (campbell cohen) because I was out of status and they did most of the work-------all I did was provide the documents needed.

i hope i will receive my ppr soon also. i had my medicals just this april 16. anyone who has the same status let us update each other. thanks. here's my time line:

We received your application for permanent residence on October 12, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 9, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 3, 2011.

Hey guys...I hv just received my passport request through mail which I sent yesterday asking an update on my file. Btw I m one of thoes few pre 2011 applicants who were stuck in that 2008 immigration amendments and received ppr in 2011. god .. I m very happy and relieved today...Neways good luck to all of you ...
