I Got Passport Request Email!

Oh.My.God...this is beyond exciting! I'm so happy!

I got the email this morning requesting my passport! I can't stop smiling!!!!

That was a pretty quick timeline too!

App. Filed - June 13th
App. Received @ Mississauga - June 22nd
Sponsorship Approval - August 24th
London started processing app - September 10th
Passport request - October 25th

I'm just so relieved..my application was not even that big, the proof was pretty strong but I was still so nervous!

Can't believe it was so quick!..I was expecting atleast 6 months. Thank God now I can work.

Just so happy...thanks to you guys for answering questions I had, and I wish you all nothing but the best with your applications.

And a shout out to Katie!...Hang in there girl, you're next!

It has been a fabulous monday with several people getting passport requests (for outlanders), and AIPs (for inlanders)...
I am uber happy as my wife likes to say!.
I've said it before: applicants from the UK and the USA get their processeses completed in record times!!!.

If I knew London office would be this quick, I should have done it when we were in London. We applied in Oct, 2009 and still waiting for the answer. I guess applying from inland and in quebec slow things down.

Not every outland office is this quick except for a few of them. My wife has been waiting since January 2010 and still no news...Best of luck to all!

That's amazing news. My sponsorship was approved 7th October and my fella's PR application started being processed on 22nd!!! Well done London - if only the whole city could be so efficient!! Good luck to everyone xx
