I got the nomination letter, I have a job offer, nomination letter write I can apply work permit Quick to enter Canada,
but my job offer is NOC D, so the spouse can not apply for open work permit, only can apply visit visa, who know how long my spouse can apply ,only six months? or two years?

Hello,
If you're outside of Canada, you can apply for a work permit attaching your job offer letter and nomination letter (I assume you've been nominated by a province). Most likely, you'll receive a closed work permit which entitles you to work for a specific employer and for the length of your contract.
Your spouse, however, does not qualify for an open work permit (your job skills is NOC D and not NOC 0,A,B). She can apply for a visitor visa and the maximum she can stay is 6 months.
Please check cic's website for details, there may be a way for her to extend her visitor visa once she's in Canada.

thank you for your reponse.

my work permit may be two years,
and my spouse want apply stay in canada two years ,is that ok?
