I got no approval mail yet got this message today Decision envelope has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 2019-09-10 01:03:19 Am GMT Standard Time vide courier partner. Will this be an approval?

Hi, you can check your cic account if you link your application online... I guess decision has been made on your application already which you can easily see before you receive the application.. Best of luck
