HELLO FRIENDS,

I applied offline to Chandigarh office on 19th of Feb and got approval mail on 8th of march.

First of all Thanks to everyone for answering my weird Questions. 8) 8)

I wanna share my experince with u and give some valuable suggestion to make your file strong.

I applied to Fanshawe college for may intake. Course is Practical elements of Mechanical Engineering One year PG.

Here IS my Profile

10th- 70%
Diploma in mechanical-62%
b.tech in mech- 5.96 cgpa in 2015
No gap
IELTS- 6.5(L-7.5, R-6.5, W-6, S-5.5)

Now here is my opinion,

1) One year College or full course fees instead of 1 semester fees is always give you advantage and help u to Show your strong Financials.
2) No matter in which category u r applying, u can still add ITR or evalution of property to show ur strong points. but remember don't add too many documents.
3)SOP plays a major role especially if u have any weak point in ur profile.
4)No need to worry if ur academic is weak, u can get visa. but remember percentage should be higher than 50%. I think if u have enough income and money than VO dont care about your academics. Because strong financial is a most important part. it is clear from my B.tech cgpa. ;D
5) Course selection is very important. If your from Engineering background than never go for business and management courses. However, its my personal opinion. never go for Secondary diploma after graduation, always choose PG.
6) Don't Trust blindly on agents. ITS YOUR LIFE MAKE IT LARGER

Hi All,

I have received my acceptance from Humber college and wanted to apply for Study Visa under SPP category but my consultant said that I have 6 years of work experience and so I cannot apply under SPP category. I have few questions:

1. Do we have any cap for experience when you apply under SPP category(I have not fund anything till not even on CIC).
2. Is work experience here is counted as study gap?
3. I have completed my bachelors in 2010(since then I am working), Masters in 2012(distance) with this profile, Can I apply under SPP category?

Your help will be appreciated really.

Unless you are coming here for some other purpose than study ,VO cares only about your Academics.
